MITCHELL’S SDR STORY
A BBC documentary by Phil Putnam Spencer about his son Mitchell, who traveled to St. Louis Children’s Hospital from the UK. Mitchell had SDR with Dr. TS Park and PERCS with Dr. Matthew Dobbs at the age of 10 in 2010. Note that the St. Louis SDR protocol has changed since Mitchell’s surgery; SDR patients now receive an epidural instead of a morphine drip.
